LiveFlow Inc. is seeking a Founding Account Executive to spearhead the go-to-market strategy for our groundbreaking AI ERP system.   • • As a Founding Account Executive, you will be instrumental in launching and defining the go-to-market motion for LiveFlow's new AI ERP. This is far from a standard, scaled Account Executive position. You will be at the forefront, working hand-in-hand with our founders, product managers, and engineers. Your responsibilities will extend beyond closing deals; you will play a critical role in shaping our product's narrative, identifying our ideal customer profile (ICP) and buyer personas, refining our positioning, and crafting core messaging. You will conduct early discovery calls, diving deep into the unique pain points and workflows of potential clients to truly understand their needs and how LiveFlow can provide transformative solutions.
  • • This role demands a proactive and experimental approach. You will have the autonomy to test and refine pricing strategies, explore different deal structures, and iterate on our sales motion, focusing on deals typically ranging from $30k to $60k. Your direct feedback loop with the founders and product team will be crucial in influencing the product roadmap, ensuring we are building features and solutions that resonate with the market. You will be tasked with turning the inherent chaos of a 0-to-1 product launch into clarity by meticulously documenting your learnings, identifying best practices, and helping to establish the foundational sales processes that will scale with the company.
  • • Success in this role means closing our initial lighthouse customers, building critical momentum, and laying the groundwork for a successful product launch. You will be a key architect of our sales playbook, contributing to a repeatable and scalable sales engine.   • • What You'll Do:
  • • Own the entire sales cycle for LiveFlow's AI ERP, from initial outreach and qualification through to closing deals.
  • • Collaborate closely with founders and leadership to define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), buyer personas, and value proposition.
  • • Develop and test core messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the unique benefits of our AI ERP solution.
  • • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to uncover customer challenges, understand financial workflows, and identify opportunities for LiveFlow to add significant value.
  • • Experiment with and iterate on pricing models, deal structures, and sales methodologies to optimize for early customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • • Provide critical, real-time customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and feature development.
  • • Document sales processes, learnings, and best practices to help build a scalable and repeatable sales motion.
  • • Secure early, high-profile lighthouse customers to build market validation and generate momentum for the broader product launch.
  • • Act as a brand ambassador, representing LiveFlow and its innovative AI ERP solution to the market.
  • • Contribute to building a strong sales culture based on learning, iteration, and customer-centricity.
  • • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target market segments.
  • • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the fintech and ERP space.
  • • Foster strong relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with LiveFlow.
  • • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both LiveFlow and its clients.
  • • Transition new customers to the customer success team, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • • Contribute to sales forecasting and reporting, providing insights into pipeline health and sales performance.
  • • Embrace a mindset of continuous learning and adaptation in a fast-paced startup environment.
