Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Lead end-to-end enterprise engagements with Fortune 500 clients to translate Scribe Optimize’s real-time workflow insights into actionable AI transformation strategies, validating findings, building business cases, and driving implementation to measurable outcomes.
- • Advise C-suite executives on AI roadmaps and the strategic application of agent-driven workflows, establishing credibility through data-backed insights—not product demos—on where AI can create the greatest operational impact.
- • Navigate the final mile of enterprise transformation by addressing stakeholder alignment, change management, and organizational dynamics that determine whether insights become sustained outcomes.
- • Measure and report pre- and post-transformation business impact using Scribe Optimize’s change-over-time data, delivering quarterly results to executive sponsors across global organizations.
- • Define and build Scribe’s first AI transformation engagement playbook, establishing best-in-class delivery frameworks, processes, and success metrics that enable scaling this function across the enterprise customer base.
- • Act as the primary conduit between enterprise clients and Scribe’s product team, feeding direct customer feedback on blockers, enablers, and unmet needs directly into the product roadmap to shape future development.
- • Serve as Scribe’s external thought leader on enterprise AI transformation, representing the company at industry events, publishing frameworks and content, and influencing how business leaders perceive the future of work.
- • Own strategic customer relationships as the founding member of this function, defining the engagement model, scope of work, and value delivery structure for a new category at the intersection of AI, operations, and enterprise change.
- • Work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in-office) in San Francisco or fully remotely from New York, with up to 30% travel expected based on client portfolio and engagement needs.
- • Collaborate with customer engineering teams to understand technical constraints and opportunities in deploying agent-powered workflows, ensuring alignment between operational insights and technical implementation.
- • Operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments, structuring clear paths forward without fully defined briefs, leveraging consulting rigor while moving at startup speed to accelerate client outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years leading enterprise business transformation engagements at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) with proven experience moving from diagnostic to scaled outcomes
- • Direct enterprise-level AI transformation experience advising on AI roadmaps, organizational readiness, and implementation strategy—not theoretical knowledge
- • Demonstrated executive presence and strategic storytelling ability to establish credibility quickly in C-level conversations and drive momentum around transformation initiatives
- • A developed, defensible point of view on enterprise AI adoption, including identifying high-leverage opportunities, structuring transformation work, and driving organizational change
- • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, self-structure work without complete briefs, and operate with the rigor of consulting but the speed of a high-growth startup
🏖️ Benefits
- • Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents
- • Flexible paid time off and company holidays
- • 401(k) plan
- • Paid parental leave
- • Daily catered lunch (for SF office-based employees)
- • Commuter benefits and home office stipend
