- • As a Founding Associate in Growth and Global GTM at AeroVect Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s commercial engine by bridging sales, marketing, and product functions to accelerate enterprise deals in the autonomous ground handling space. Your work will directly impact AeroVect’s ability to win contracts with major airlines and ground service providers worldwide, making you a critical contributor to the company’s go-to-market success and revenue trajectory.
- • You will own the creation of high-stakes, customer-facing collateral including pitch decks, technical briefs, RFP responses, feasibility studies, ROI models, and case studies—ensuring every asset is polished, accurate, and tailored to sophisticated enterprise buyers in aviation and logistics.
- • You will provide end-to-end contract support by assembling redlines, tracking document versions, and coordinating with Legal and Finance to keep MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and POs progressing without delay, acting as the operational backbone of complex enterprise sales cycles.
- • You will maintain sales operations excellence by updating CRM records, curating and organizing the content library, and ensuring the latest sales enablement materials—slides, spec sheets, pricing models—are instantly accessible to the commercial team, reducing friction and accelerating deal velocity.
- • You will actively participate in and often lead prospect and customer calls throughout the sales cycle, drafting clear follow-up emails, scheduling meetings, and representing AeroVect with professionalism and clarity to keep momentum and alignment across stakeholders.
- • You will project-manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles by tracking timelines, chasing internal reviews from product, engineering, and finance teams, and proactively identifying bottlenecks that could jeopardize quarterly targets, ensuring accountability and forward motion.
- • You will join a mission-driven, Series A-backed startup at the forefront of aviation autonomy, working alongside top-tier investors and industry pioneers to transform how the world’s largest airlines and ground handlers operate—offering unparalleled exposure to cutting-edge technology and global enterprise sales.
- • You will develop deep expertise in enterprise sales enablement, contract lifecycle management, and aviation industry dynamics while honing elite skills in financial modeling, persuasive storytelling, and cross-functional coordination—positioning you for rapid growth into leadership roles in GTM, strategy, or operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking
- • World-class proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including the ability to build complex models and polished slides with speed and zero tolerance for errors
- • Strong grasp of contract structures and legal intuition, with comfort navigating MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and POs
- • Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage 15+ concurrent open items without dropping balls
- • Bias for action: tendency to ship drafts quickly while others are still discussing outlines, driving momentum in fast-paced environments
- • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with comfort speaking on customer calls and drafting professional correspondence
- • Passion for aviation and enterprise sales, with motivation to contribute to transformative technology in a high-impact industry
- • Familiarity with CRM hygiene and sales-enablement tooling (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Seismic, or similar platforms)
