- • Serve as the first sales hire for a Y Combinator-backed voice AI startup, owning pipeline development and building the early go-to-market engine from scratch.
- • Generate qualified sales pipeline to drive substantial revenue growth over the next 12 months through targeted outreach across B2C sectors including energy, real estate, home services, and medical products.
- • Identify and engage high-potential prospects using multi-channel outreach methods including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- • Build and manage relationships with prospects throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closed deal.
- • Own and maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline management to ensure visibility and forecasting reliability.
- • Shape and document the company’s sales playbook by designing a repeatable, scalable process for prospecting, outreach, and conversion.
- • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance data, feedback, and market response to optimize conversion rates.
- • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to provide frontline customer insights that inform product-market fit and feature prioritization.
- • Operate with high ownership in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where processes are undefined and rapid iteration is required.
- • Perform unglamorous but critical tasks such as data entry, list building, and follow-up sequences to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- • Act as a key contributor to the company’s revenue scaling efforts during a critical growth phase backed by top-tier investors and strong customer traction.
- • Represent the company professionally in all external communications, demonstrating deep understanding of AI voice agents and their value to B2C businesses.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience in a Sales or Business Development role — this is a dealbreaker.
- • Experience operating in an early-stage startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
- • Demonstrated track record of generating qualified pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.
- • Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach and CRM tooling.
- • Strong business acumen — ability to understand and articulate customer problems and needs.
- • Consistently exceeded targets or KPIs in previous roles.
- • Strong communicator in both English and German.
- • Hands-on attitude — comfortable doing unglamorous work to move the needle.
