As we embark on our exciting international expansion, we are seeking our very first Founding Commercial Account Executive for France, based in Paris.

- • Your primary responsibility will be to own the entire sales cycle for new Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) customers. This includes proactively identifying and qualifying leads, conducting in-depth discovery calls to understand the unique needs of dental practices, and ultimately closing new business. You will be the architect of our initial sales motion in France, actively contributing to the development of our sales messaging, refining our processes, and providing invaluable feedback to shape Dandy's go-to-market strategy.
- • Success in this role requires a deep commitment to understanding our product and its transformative value proposition. You will become a dedicated student of the dental industry, immersing yourself in its nuances and challenges to effectively communicate how Dandy provides solutions. This expertise will enable you to build strong relationships with prospective clients, positioning Dandy as the indispensable technology partner for their practice.
- • You will be expected to meticulously track your sales activities, manage your pipeline effectively, and report on your performance using Salesforce or a similar CRM system. Collaboration is key; you will work in close partnership with senior sales leadership to not only achieve ambitious revenue targets but also to continuously refine our key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales strategies. 🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year owning a full-cycle closing role in a B2B sales environment.
- • Proven experience in a high-growth startup or scaling technology company is strongly preferred, demonstrating an ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced settings.
- • Demonstrated comfort operating in ambiguous environments with limited structure and resources, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- • Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
- • High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for activity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
- • A consistent track record of professional success, evidenced by exceeding sales targets and achieving key performance metrics.
