  • • This is a unique opportunity to join Dandy as we launch our international presence, and we are seeking our very first Commercial Account Executive based in Spain. This is a foundational role, extending far beyond simply closing deals. You will be instrumental in developing and refining the sales playbook as we expand beyond the United States for the first time. This position is perfectly suited for an individual who thrives in the dynamic and often ambiguous environment of an early-stage market, desires genuine ownership of their work, and is enthusiastic about shaping the future of Dandy's international sales strategies and execution.
  • • As a founding member of our Spanish sales team, you will be an integral part of a high-performing global sales organization. You will collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to establish and grow Dandy's footprint in the Spanish market. This role demands a hands-on approach, a high degree of impact, and a commitment to execution, driven by insatiable curiosity and unwavering grit. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification through to discovery, negotiation, and closing new Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) customers.
  • • Your proactive engagement with dental practices will be key to driving new client acquisition. You will serve as a critical, founding voice in defining and shaping Dandy's sales motion, refining our messaging, and optimizing our sales processes specifically for the Spanish market. This involves not only understanding the unique needs of Spanish dental practices but also translating Dandy's value proposition into compelling solutions.
  • • Meticulous tracking of all sales activities, pipeline progression, and performance metrics within Salesforce is essential. You will be expected to become a dedicated student of the dental industry, developing deep expertise in dentistry and a comprehensive understanding of Dandy's product suite and its unique value proposition. This knowledge will enable you to effectively articulate how Dandy can solve critical pain points for dental practices.
  • • You will partner strategically with senior sales leadership to achieve ambitious revenue targets and contribute to the refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs) that will guide our international growth. Operating with a sense of urgency, a high degree of accountability, and a strong bias toward action will be paramount in this fast-moving and evolving environment. Your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and drive results will be critical to your success and the success of Dandy's expansion into Spain.
