📋 Description
- • As the Founding Community Ops Lead at Adaption Inc., you will be the architect of a global developer community that empowers builders to shape the future of adaptive AI. This role is critical to our mission of making AI flexible, personalized, and accessible by fostering deep engagement with researchers, developers, and enterprises who want more control over their AI systems.
- • Day to day, you will design and execute community strategy, build and moderate Adaption’s developer spaces (Discord, forums), organize technical events like hackathons and office hours, collaborate with universities and open-source groups, spotlight user projects, and create scalable systems that turn community feedback into product improvements.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years in a community-focused role with a track record of engaging technical users
- • Strong operations instincts — experience building scalable processes from scratch and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion
- • Strong written communication and proven experience engaging communities via Discord, X, or similar platforms
- • Proven experience organizing developer events end-to-end, from small meetups to large-scale hackathons
- • Genuine empathy for developers and curiosity about their work — energized by social interaction and relationship-building
