📋 Description

• • As the inaugural Data Analytics Engineer at Assort Health Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the company's data infrastructure and driving critical business insights. This is a unique opportunity to build the data foundation from the ground up, owning the entire data lifecycle from pipeline creation to advanced analytics and reporting.
• • You will be the sole owner of all analytics pipelines, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our data pond and data schemas, which will serve as the organization's definitive source of truth. This involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data flows that support various business functions.
• • A key responsibility will be developing and managing customer health monitoring systems. This includes implementing robust alerting mechanisms and predictive analytics to identify and mitigate churn risk, thereby enhancing customer retention and satisfaction.
• • You will play a crucial role in the development and evaluation of our AI agents by creating outcome labeling and evaluation datasets. This work is vital for improving the performance and accuracy of our AI-driven healthcare solutions.
• • Analyzing the agent funnel will be another core area of focus. You will identify bottlenecks, prioritize improvements, and collaborate closely with Conversation Designers to optimize the user experience and effectiveness of our AI agents.
• • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining client-facing dashboards and generating Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports, leveraging tools like Omni and Looker. This ensures our clients have clear visibility into the performance and value delivered by Assort Health.
• • The role involves setting up experiments, defining new key metrics, and making data-driven go/no-go decisions for product initiatives, utilizing tools such as Statsig.
• • You will build and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest data from various third-party databases, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and other relevant sources, ensuring a comprehensive view of our operations.
• • A significant part of your role will be developing the systems necessary for long-term agent memory, enabling our AI to learn and adapt over time, leading to more personalized and effective patient interactions.
• • Ensuring the highest standards of data quality, completeness, and uptime will be paramount. You will establish processes and implement checks to maintain data integrity across all systems.
• • This position offers the autonomy to define and expand your responsibilities, with the expectation that you will identify further opportunities to leverage data for business growth and operational efficiency. You will have the freedom to propose and implement new data initiatives that align with Assort Health's strategic goals.
• • You will collaborate closely with Product, RevOps, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams, acting as a central data resource. You will also partner with Engineering and Ops Analyst teams to ensure seamless data integration and utilization across the organization.
• • As the company scales, you will contribute to defining the requirements for and potentially hiring additional data team members in the future, helping to build out a world-class data function.
• • This role requires a proactive, self-starter mentality, comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating at a rapid pace within a startup environment. Your ability to translate complex business needs into actionable data solutions will be key to your success.
