📋 Description

• Own and define Infisical’s entire brand and marketing design identity, creating a cohesive, high-quality, and memorable visual aesthetic that aligns with the technical depth of the product and the ambition of the company.
• Design and deliver all key brand and marketing surfaces including the corporate website (https://infisical.com/), conference booths (e.g., KubeCon exhibits), product presentations, blog designs (https://infisical.com/blog), merchandise, email campaigns, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
• Collaborate directly with a co-founder and cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Developer Experience teams to translate abstract strategic goals into compelling visual narratives and branded experiences.
• Produce bold, original, and concept-driven visual designs that elevate Infisical’s market presence and differentiate it in the competitive open-source security infrastructure space.
• Operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments, generating creative directions with minimal input and executing them decisively without heavy oversight.
• Iterate rapidly on designs based on feedback and performance, making decisions with incomplete information and prioritizing action over perfection.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all deliverables, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and typographic consistency in every asset produced.
• Continuously raise the bar for visual craft, clarity, and impact across all customer-facing and internal communications as the company scales.
• Shape the evolution of Infisical’s design function by identifying new creative surfaces, recommending medium expansion, and influencing future hiring decisions as the team grows.
• Serve as a foundational force in how Infisical is perceived globally, playing a pivotal role in establishing brand trust and recognition among developers, enterprises, and open-source communities.
• Work remotely across the Americas with alignment to US time zones, contributing to both synchronous and asynchronous workflows with global teams.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools for inspiration, experimentation, or execution where applicable to enhance design efficiency and innovation.
• Ship landing pages end-to-end without engineering support, handling layout, copy integration, animations, and responsive behavior independently.
• Contribute to the company’s culture of ownership, rapid iteration, and high standards for creative work, embodying the values of a founding team member.
• Participate in annual in-person off-sites, conferences, and team gatherings hosted in San Francisco and other locations across the Americas.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a design role, ideally as a brand, visual, or communication designer, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, creativity, and concept-driven work
• Strong creative and aesthetic judgment — the ability to produce bold, original, and cohesive visual designs
• Comfort operating in ambiguity — you can generate creative directions with limited input and run with them without heavy hand-holding
• A bias toward action — able to iterate quickly, and make decisions with incomplete information
• Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Based in the Americas (or willing to work in the US timezone)
