- • This is a rare opportunity to own core systems end-to-end, set the engineering patterns that every future team member will build on, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team to ship production-ready software.
- • The platform is live, has paying enterprise customers, and is growing quickly.
- • You won't be building in a vacuum — you'll be shipping to production constantly and seeing real impact on real users from day one.
- • Own core systems end-to-end: agent platform, cloud infrastructure, and the integrations runtime.
- • Set the engineering patterns, standards, and architecture decisions that every future hire will build upon.
- • Work directly with the founders — your opinions and technical leadership are genuinely needed, not just your code.
- • Ship reliable, observable, production-grade systems continuously.
- • Drive end-to-end feature development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure with measurable customer impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- • Proven track record of building something from 0 to 1 — in an early-stage startup or a serious side project.
- • Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development.
- • Proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
- • Hands-on experience integrating or building workflows around large language models (LLMs) and agent-based platforms.
- • Experience with AWS for cloud infrastructure.
- • Experience with PostgreSQL for data storage and database design.
- • Experience implementing observability, monitoring, and tracing in production systems.
- • Experience building reliable retry and queuing patterns in distributed systems.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 USD annually.
