📋 Description

• As a Founding Forward Deployed Product Manager at Abridge AI, you will run focused engagements with health system partners, going on-site to understand workflow gaps, scoping engagements, and owning outcomes end-to-end while feeding learnings back into the core product.
• You will run discovery on-site at partner accounts, lead a small pod through sprint-style engagements, own the product and feature answer for each engagement, decide what gets built or declined, and partner with internal teams when engagements surface net-new product builds.
• Abridge is a mission-driven healthcare AI company founded in 2018, transforming patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes with deep EMR integrations, powered by auditable AI and used by clinicians to focus on patient care.
• You will earn the trust of CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and operational leaders in large health systems, set the tone for forward-deployed work at Abridge, and sharpen your ability to make real-time technical trade-offs while driving impact on both partner outcomes and core product evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience shipping products that users love, with a track record of owning product areas end-to-end
• Builder mentality with personal experience driving products from discovery through launch and iteration
• Strong user empathy and product taste, with instinct for distinguishing functional from delightful products
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clear roadmaps from messy problem spaces
• Cross-functional credibility to engage deeply with engineers, designers, and senior healthcare executives (CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs)
• Track record of running time-bound, outcome-oriented engagements delivering live systems, not just documents
• Willingness to travel ~20% on average, with surge periods around engagement kickoff and go-live
