- • This is an exceptional and rare opportunity to join Blossom Health as our very first marketing hire. You will be instrumental in building and shaping our digital growth strategy from its inception. This role offers the unique chance to define and articulate Blossom Health's brand identity and market presence, playing a pivotal role in our journey from a nascent startup to a recognized leader in mental health technology. You will have direct exposure to the founding team, product development, and operational strategies, providing a holistic understanding of the business.
- • We are seeking a true builder-marketer – an individual who possesses a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution capabilities. You should be energized by the prospect of being an early team member, moving at a rapid pace, and taking full ownership of measurable outcomes. Your passion for building from the ground up, coupled with a relentless drive for results, will be key to your success. This role demands someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting new processes, and establishing best practices in a dynamic environment.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass owning and scaling our paid marketing efforts across a diverse range of platforms, including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and emerging channels. This includes meticulous management of substantial marketing budgets, overseeing creative development for both video and static assets, implementing rigorous testing methodologies, establishing robust attribution models, and delivering comprehensive reporting on key performance indicators. A primary objective will be to drive efficient patient acquisition through direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels, focusing on optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- • You will be tasked with continuously experimenting with new marketing channels, innovative creative concepts, refined targeting strategies, audience segmentation, advanced bidding techniques, precise signal tracking, and optimized funnel development. This iterative approach to performance marketing will be crucial for sustained growth and market penetration.
- • Beyond performance marketing, you will lead the charge in developing and executing our creator, social media, and brand marketing strategies. This involves building and managing a dynamic creator-led content engine, meticulously crafting compelling brand narratives that resonate across various creator partnerships, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives. You will be responsible for developing high-performing brand content that artfully balances the need for measurable performance with the art of storytelling, ensuring our brand message is both impactful and memorable.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves close collaboration with our product, operations, and clinical teams. This partnership will be essential for shaping and refining our messaging, ensuring it accurately reflects our platform's capabilities, clinical efficacy, and patient benefits. You will translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable marketing strategies and execution plans.
- • As the founding marketing lead, you will lay the groundwork for this critical function within Blossom Health. This includes establishing foundational marketing processes, implementing robust analytics frameworks, and defining best practices that will guide future marketing endeavors. You will be expected to be hands-on, deeply involved in the day-to-day execution, with a clear path for growth and the opportunity to build and lead a marketing team as the company scales and your success is demonstrated.
