  • • This role is a senior, high-ownership individual contributor position, offering a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Glacis's global brand presence and its communication strategy to enterprise buyers. As the Founding Growth & Marketing Lead, you will be instrumental in building the foundational elements of our growth engine from the ground up. Your responsibilities will span a wide spectrum, from developing a strong executive presence on platforms like LinkedIn to actively supporting field marketing initiatives at crucial supply chain industry events.
  • • This position operates at the dynamic intersection of product, sales, and marketing. A key aspect of your role will be to translate intricate AI workflows and technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value propositions that resonate with Vice President and C-level executives. This role is ideally suited for individuals who thrive on building growth systems from scratch, are adept at navigating the complexities of enterprise SaaS environments with extended sales cycles, and possess a hands-on approach to execution. You will be expected to roll up your sleeves and actively contribute to all facets of growth and marketing.
  • • **Demand Generation & Pipeline Building:** You will take ownership of the entire full-funnel demand generation engine, from initial awareness campaigns to generating sales-qualified pipeline. Your primary objective will be to drive qualified demo requests from our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). This involves building, rigorously testing, and continuously optimizing marketing campaigns to ensure consistent and measurable pipeline growth. You will be responsible for identifying target audiences, crafting compelling campaign messaging, selecting appropriate channels, and meticulously tracking performance to achieve ambitious pipeline targets.
  • • **Content Strategy & Thought Leadership:** In close collaboration with our content team, you will define and own the overarching content strategy. This includes identifying key themes, developing core messaging pillars, and determining the most effective formats for content creation and distribution. Your guidance will be crucial in producing practical, jargon-free content such as white papers, executive-level LinkedIn thought leadership pieces, detailed case studies, and strategic frameworks. The goal is to educate potential buyers on the benefits and practical applications of AI adoption in supply chain management and to stimulate inbound interest.
  • • **Experimentation, Analytics & Attribution:** A critical component of this role is establishing a robust framework for experimentation, performance measurement, and attribution. You will build, implement, and maintain a rigorous testing and reporting system to accurately assess marketing performance. This includes conducting A/B tests across various elements like messaging, channels, and campaign creatives. You will meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per demo, conversion rates at each stage of the funnel, and overall campaign Return on Investment (ROI). Data-driven insights will be paramount, enabling you to identify successful strategies, double down on what works, and continuously refine and improve growth performance.
  • • **LinkedIn & Paid Channel Management:** You will assume end-to-end responsibility for our LinkedIn advertising strategy. This encompasses audience segmentation, strategic budget allocation, creative development, comprehensive A/B testing, and ongoing performance optimization. You will manage campaigns across key buyer segments to maximize ROI and ensure a significant contribution to the sales pipeline. This involves staying abreast of platform best practices and adapting strategies to achieve optimal results.
  • • **Sales Team Collaboration:** Close collaboration with the sales team is essential to ensure that marketing efforts directly translate into tangible pipeline growth. You will align with sales on target account lists, develop effective nurture sequences and messaging designed to convert leads into meaningful conversations, and create essential sales enablement materials. Maintaining a tight feedback loop with the sales team and from buyer conversations will be crucial for refining our ICP, identifying recurring pain points, and continuously improving how we articulate Glacis's unique value proposition.
  • • **Competitive Positioning & Messaging:** You will be responsible for maintaining sharp, differentiated, and consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints. This involves conducting ongoing competitive intelligence to understand the market landscape, refining our positioning for various buyer personas, and ensuring that every piece of content and communication clearly articulates the distinct business value Glacis delivers. Your insights will help us stay ahead of the competition and effectively communicate our unique advantages.
