  • • Glacis AI Inc. is seeking a visionary and hands-on Founding Growth & Marketing Lead to spearhead the development of our growth engine and establish our brand presence within the enterprise supply chain sector. This is a pivotal, senior individual contributor role where you will collaborate directly with the founders to define and execute strategies that resonate with global enterprise buyers. You will operate at the critical intersection of product, sales, and marketing, translating complex AI-driven supply chain solutions into tangible business value for C-level executives and VPs.
  • • This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on building growth systems from the ground up, possesses a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles (typically 3-12 months), and is eager to roll up their sleeves and execute. You will be instrumental in shaping how Glacis communicates its revolutionary AI agents, designed to automate complex logistics workflows and integrate seamlessly with existing systems for industry giants like Tesla and Coca-Cola.
  • • As the Founding Growth & Marketing Lead, your primary responsibility will be to own the full-funnel demand generation engine. This encompasses everything from building initial awareness to driving qualified demo requests from our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). You will be tasked with building, rigorously testing, and optimizing campaigns that consistently deliver measurable pipeline growth, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality leads.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve developing and owning the content strategy in close collaboration with our content team. You will define key themes, messaging pillars, and content formats that effectively capture the attention of supply chain leaders. Your guidance will be crucial in the creation and distribution of practical, jargon-free content, including in-depth white papers, compelling LinkedIn thought leadership pieces, impactful case studies, and insightful frameworks. This content will serve to educate potential buyers on the benefits and practical applications of AI adoption in supply chain management, thereby driving significant inbound interest.
  • • You will establish and maintain a rigorous experimentation and reporting framework to meticulously measure marketing performance. This includes designing and executing A/B tests across various elements such as messaging, channels, and campaign creatives. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) like cost per demo, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI. The insights derived from this data-driven approach will be used to optimize strategies, double down on successful tactics, and continuously enhance growth performance.
  • • A core focus will be the end-to-end management of our LinkedIn advertising strategy. This involves sophisticated audience segmentation, strategic budget allocation, creative development, continuous A/B testing, and performance optimization. You will manage campaigns across key buyer segments to maximize return on investment (ROI) and pipeline contribution, leveraging LinkedIn as a primary channel for engaging enterprise decision-makers.
  • • Close collaboration with the sales team is paramount. You will work hand-in-hand to ensure marketing efforts directly translate into a robust sales pipeline. This includes aligning on target account lists, developing effective nurture sequences and messaging designed to convert leads into meaningful conversations, and creating essential sales enablement materials. A tight feedback loop from buyer conversations will be maintained to refine our ICP, identify recurring pain points, and continuously improve our value proposition communication.
  • • You will also be responsible for maintaining sharp, differentiated messaging across all customer touchpoints. This involves conducting ongoing competitive intelligence to stay ahead of market trends, refining our positioning for diverse buyer personas, and ensuring that every piece of content clearly articulates the unique business value Glacis AI provides.
  • • This role demands an AI-first approach to work, utilizing AI tools and automation to design efficient workflows, scale output, and build robust systems, rather than relying solely on manual processes. You will be comfortable operating in evolving environments where priorities may shift and processes are not always predefined, bringing a thoughtful point of view while remaining open to feedback and iteration. Your proactive learning and ability to quickly grasp new domains will be essential.
