- • As the Founding Growth Product Manager at Viktor, you will own the end-to-end growth engine for activation, retention, and monetization, directly impacting the company’s trajectory by turning product usage into sustainable revenue through data-driven experimentation.
- • You will run the full experiment lifecycle: forming hypotheses, instrumenting tests with PostHog and HogQL, shipping A/B tests with engineering, analyzing results, and deciding what scales or dies — maintaining three live experiments at all times with a weekly cadence.
- • You will inherit and build upon existing initiatives like onboarding reorder, auto-connect, installer drip nudges, credit top-up pricing tests, and dashboard v1, improving them without starting from zero.
- • You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with co-founders Fryderyk and Peter, using data to resolve opinions and drive decisions on retention, monetization, and product-led growth, with full ownership and no layers above you.
- • You will write your own SQL queries, PRDs, and in-product microcopy, live in Linear or Jira, and ship experiments that move key metrics — proving impact with before-and-after numbers.
- • You will achieve milestones: instrumenting the full activation and retention funnel in 30 days, shipping integration-drop and charge-failure recovery flows by 60 days, and driving four-week retention to 22% by 90 days with two expansion triggers live.
- • You will thrive in a small, high-trust, low-process remote-first team (with Warsaw and Munich offices) where you talk to users on day one, ship in your first week, and own real surfaces of the product that customers depend on.
- • You will help define the company’s growth playbook at a critical stage where retention and monetization curves permanently bend the trajectory — moving from running tests to choosing the engine.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–8 years of experience as a Growth PM at a PLG SaaS company or mobile gaming, with demonstrable ARR growth attributable to your work
- • Fluency in SQL and PostHog HogQL, with the ability to write and execute your own queries to uncover insights without relying on analysts
- • Proven experience shipping in-product growth surfaces (e.g., onboarding, nudges, pricing cards, dashboards) with engineering and having before-after metrics to prove impact
- • Ability to write your own PRDs and live comfortably in Linear or Jira, delivering clear, actionable specs without vague handoffs
- • Copy-capable on in-product microcopy, with opinionated views on integration, OAuth, auth-funnel drop patterns, and retention cohort work
- • Founder mentality: comfort with ambiguity, bias for action, and ability to build functions from scratch rather than inherit them
