📋 Description

• • As the Founding GTM - Session at Prelude, you will define and own the go-to-market strategy for a new product, turning customer feedback into a scalable sales motion and driving early revenue growth in a high-impact, entrepreneurial environment.
• • You will own GTM strategy entirely for the new product, including shaping positioning and messaging, identifying ideal customer profiles and use cases, selling directly to technical stakeholders like CTOs and VPs of Engineering, running deep discovery sessions to inform product development, partnering with product and engineering to shape the roadmap, building the first repeatable sales motion from scratch, collaborating with marketing to test narratives and campaigns, refining use cases with beta partners, acting as the voice of the customer internally, and laying the foundation to either scale the motion across the sales org or grow a specialist niche team.
• • Prelude is a fast-growing team of 60 based in Paris, redefining user authentication and onboarding by turning a traditional cost center into a growth lever through its flagship product that optimizes OTP delivery across SMS, WhatsApp, and more while blocking spam and fraud. Founded in 2022 by former Zenly team members, the company serves fast-growing businesses across Europe and is expanding into the US, with a mission to build the platform for trust at scale. The company values care, bias for action, and ownership, operates with a flat structure, and emphasizes in-person collaboration to move fast, stay grounded, and take full ownership of outcomes.
• • In this role, you will have the opportunity to build something from 0-1, define a new market motion, work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing, gain deep expertise in developer-first sales, and grow into a leadership position either by scaling the motion across the organization or becoming a specialist in a high-potential niche, all while contributing to a mission-driven company that values impact, quality, and speed.
