📋 Description

• As the Founding Head of Search Acquisition at Viktor, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for paid, organic, and AI-engine search to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth, establishing the discipline that defines how the next generation of B2B buyers discovers Viktor.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include running Google and Bing Ads at the keyboard, auditing and restructuring campaigns by intent class, building technical SEO baselines, deploying schema markup, measuring citation share-of-voice across AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude, leading tactical citation-PR outreach, owning weekly and monthly reporting to the CMO, and building the foundational playbook, SOPs, and hiring rubric for future Search hires.
• Viktor is an AI-native product that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connecting to thousands of tools to automate real work for companies in finance, marketing, ops, and engineering. The company is replacing half the SaaS stack with a single AI teammate, backed by a small, high-trust team where ownership and impact are immediate.
• In this role, you will build a first-of-its-kind Search discipline from the ground up, shaping how AI-native discovery works at scale, gaining deep expertise in AEO and citation engineering, and directly influencing Viktor’s market positioning and go-to-market strategy as a founding leader reporting to the CMO.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of B2B paid Search experience at SaaS or AI companies with senior IC accountability tied to SQL pipeline and closed-won revenue, not lead volume
• Fluency in SQL and GA4, with the ability to read raw data, own attribution, and act without waiting for analysts
• Proven experience running Google Ads at the keyboard from day one, including bidding architecture, intent-based restructuring, and weekly SQR cycles
• A documented point of view on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and how SEO, AEO, and citation-building converge into an earned-discovery discipline
• Founder mentality: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, figures things out, and builds disciplines rather than inheriting them
• AI-native daily workflow using tools like Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor for SQR analysis, keyword research, LP variants, bidding scenarios, and citation tracking
