- • As the Founding Marketer at Promise Holdings, Inc., you will establish and lead the company's marketing function from the ground up, playing a strategic role in expanding Promise's presence to all 50 states by building trust and generating qualified pipeline in complex public-sector environments.
- • You will design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value government and utility accounts, developing messaging frameworks that resonate with technical, operational, and executive buyers, and creating a comprehensive content library including case studies, whitepapers, pitch decks, and RFP response templates to support long sales cycles.
- • You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership to align go-to-market strategies, build dashboards for performance tracking, establish lead scoring and handoff processes, and nurture prospects through extended procurement cycles (6-18 months) with tailored nurture sequences and leave-behind materials.
- • You will build relationships with government associations, policy organizations, industry analysts, and trade publications to enhance brand credibility and position Promise as a trusted innovator in govtech, while ensuring all marketing efforts are disciplined, outcome-focused, and tied to measurable pipeline contribution.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the marketing foundation of a mission-driven, fast-growing company backed by over $50M in funding from top-tier investors, directly impacting how government agencies deliver essential services to vulnerable populations through technology that improves access, dignity, and efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 6 years of experience in B2B and B2G marketing with a proven track record in demand generation, product marketing, and content strategy
- • Experience marketing complex products to enterprise or government buyers, preferably in govtech, fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries
- • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in thought leadership, case studies, product collateral, and sales enablement materials
