📋 Description
- • Network Right is seeking an exceptional Founding Marketing Lead to architect and execute our marketing strategy, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's trajectory as one of our earliest marketing hires.
- • As a foundational member of the Revenue team, you will have an unparalleled opportunity to build, scale, and innovate the Network Right marketing engine from its inception, working in close collaboration with our founders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- • This role is designed for a strategic and hands-on marketer who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment and is eager to leave their mark on a rapidly expanding organization.
- • You will be instrumental in defining and driving our go-to-market strategy, ensuring our unique value proposition as the fractional IT team for fast-growing, venture-backed companies resonates with our target audience.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own and scale our demand generation efforts across multiple channels, including referral programs, outbound campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and innovative experimental channels.
- • You will be tasked with driving full-funnel performance, from initial awareness to qualified pipeline generation, working in lockstep with our sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves defining and refining our core messaging and positioning. You will articulate our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and develop compelling buyer-stage use cases that highlight the benefits of our fractional IT services.
- • This messaging expertise will be applied across all our marketing touchpoints, including our website, client proposals, case studies, sales collateral, outbound campaigns, and all content initiatives, ensuring a consistent and powerful brand voice.
- • You will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing our growth marketing infrastructure, including our marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Apollo).
- • This includes building robust reporting, attribution models, and data standards to provide clear, actionable visibility into key metrics such as pipeline velocity, customer acquisition cost (CAC), channel return on investment (ROI), and overall conversion performance.
- • Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy is a key component of this role. You will lead the creation of engaging content across various formats, including website copy, in-depth case studies, insightful blog posts, impactful LinkedIn updates, persuasive presentations, concise one-pagers, and compelling event materials.
- • All content will be meticulously crafted to align with our defined positioning and to support our demand generation objectives, ensuring every piece of communication drives value and engagement.
- • You will champion channel experimentation, proactively identifying, testing, and scaling new avenues to reach our ICP.
- • This includes exploring and leveraging opportunities in strategic partnerships, industry events, targeted advertising campaigns, and other emerging channels that can accelerate our growth.
- • Establishing and rigorously owning marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential. You will continuously test and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
- • Furthermore, you will manage external vendors and agencies, including those specializing in SEO, design, and web development, ensuring they deliver measurable outcomes that align with our strategic goals.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up, requiring a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on driving measurable results.
- • You will be a key player in Network Right's growth story, contributing directly to our success by building a predictable and scalable marketing engine.
- • We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, possesses a strong problem-solving mindset, and is adept at challenging conventional thinking to uncover the 'why' behind performance metrics and develop innovative solutions.
- • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of rapidly testing new ideas, demonstrating agility in pivoting when necessary, and successfully scaling initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- • Strong operational discipline and meticulous attention to detail are paramount, ensuring data accuracy, message consistency, and tight alignment between strategic objectives and execution.
- • Experience operating within both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) motions is highly desirable, reflecting an understanding of diverse go-to-market strategies.
- • This role is perfect for a self-starter who is eager to take ownership and drive significant impact within a growing company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6 to 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a significant portion dedicated to early-stage or founding marketing roles.
- • Demonstrated success in building and orchestrating multi-channel growth systems, effectively integrating SEO, outbound, paid media, and content marketing into a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
- • A naturally curious and solution-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to challenge conventional thinking, interrogate performance data, and develop multiple strategic paths to achieve objectives.
- • Proven ability to rapidly test new ideas, pivot effectively based on results, and scale successful initiatives within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Exceptional detail-orientation and strong operational discipline, ensuring data accuracy, message consistency, and tight alignment between strategy and execution.
- • Experience operating within both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) motions.
