- • As the Founding Marketing Lead at Vega Claims, you will own the company's external presence and shape how it is perceived in the $250B insurance claims industry, directly influencing buyer trust and market positioning.
- • You will drive content and thought leadership, manage events and conference strategy, partner with Sales on pitch decks and proposals, innovate GTM approaches in the AI era, support BizOps with RFPs and pricing narratives, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance talent branding through differentiated storytelling.
- • You will join a fast-growing, AI-native claims TPA backed by top VCs like General Catalyst and Valor, operating at the intersection of insurance expertise and modern technology with 10x YoY revenue growth and a mission to modernize an outdated industry.
- • In this role, you will develop high-agency commercial and market development skills, work directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams, and expand into strategy, partnerships, and market definition while building a personal brand as a builder who ships impactful work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-6 years of experience with a foundation in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent)
- • Proven transition into a commercial, market-facing function such as product marketing, brand, growth, partnerships, or content strategy
- • Exceptional communicator with clear, precise, and engaging writing that resonates with audiences
- • Comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by ownership, and able to operate without a playbook
- • Fluent with AI tools and able to integrate them into research, drafting, and workflow acceleration
- • Nice to have: experience in insurtech, fintech, or vertical AI/SaaS
