- • Own and define the roadmap for Orum’s data products, translating the company’s 1B+ outbound phone call dataset into actionable, user-facing AI and ML-powered features.
- • Rapidly prototype machine learning models on messy behavioral datasets and convert data signals into product features that improve sales outcomes.
- • Identify and define new product opportunities driven by data, focusing on predictive analytics, agentic coaching, and AI-driven lead list generation.
- • Partner closely with AI/ML and data engineering teams to move ideas from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.
- • Inform the roadmaps of other product teams by generating high-impact insights from Orum’s proprietary data assets.
- • Serve as the product leader for Orum’s data pillar, shaping the strategic vision for how data and machine learning drive customer value.
- • Work cross-functionally to ensure data products align with sales team needs, enhancing connectivity, conversation quality, and revenue growth.
- • Build and iterate on AI-driven tools that enable sales reps to connect faster, sell smarter, and turn every call into measurable impact.
- • Operate with an experimental mindset, designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and other metrics-driven experiments to validate product hypotheses.
- • Contribute to a remote-first, founding-stage product team focused on building the future of sales enablement through AI.
- • Balance technical depth with product intuition to bridge the gap between data science capabilities and end-user needs.
- • Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation by owning outcomes and ensuring high-quality delivery across the data product lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience shipping user-facing ML products
- • Experience taking ML products from prototype to production in a fast-paced product environment
- • Strong background building ML-driven or data-oriented products
- • Deep technical foundation in software engineering or data science
- • Strong analytical and experimental mindset, including experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments
- • Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments
