- • The Founding Partnerships Lead will build Scribe’s partnerships function from the ground up, defining strategy, closing initial partners, and creating scalable processes based on real-world learnings.
- • Day to day, the role involves identifying and pitching potential partners, negotiating deals, running time-bound pilots, tracking partner impact on pipeline and revenue, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and RevOps to refine partner motions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience building partnerships from 0 to 1, including defining strategy, sourcing partners, and closing first deals
- • Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage full deal cycles, negotiate effectively, and balance speed with long-term economic sustainability
- • Deep understanding of how partners operate within consultancies, systems integrators, and services firms, including mapping incentives, delivery models, and customer buying processes
