Founding Product Manager

📋 Description

• • As the Founding Product Manager at Finch Legal, you will be the first product hire responsible for defining and shaping the company's product strategy from the ground up, working directly with founders to determine what gets built and why, with the mission of making legal services more accessible through technology.
• • You will own product direction across internal tools, law firm-facing platforms, and client-facing experiences, including defining priorities, building case management workflows, shaping firm-facing product visibility, clarifying client journeys, leading AI-powered feature development, and establishing product foundations like prioritization frameworks and success metrics.
• • Finch Legal is a fast-growing legal tech startup backed by Sequoia and Redpoint, building AI-powered infrastructure to automate consumer law processes like intake, medical records, lien management, and demands, with the goal of making justice more accessible for everyday Americans.
