- • As the Founding Product Manager for DreamBook, you will have a massive seat at the table, partnering directly with Mukesh Bansal and engineering leadership to take the product from its current "Building" stage to a global market launch, owning the entire product lifecycle from user research to deployment of generative AI writing pipelines and print-on-demand networks.
- • You will define the 0-to-1 blueprint by architecting product strategy, taxonomy, and core user journeys for an AI-assisted long-form creative writing pipeline, while driving AI and workflow innovation through intuitive interfaces for multi-chapter drafting, editing, structural design, and automated compliance workflows including plagiarism checks and copyright safety.
- • You will own GTM and global scaling by integrating online digital distribution and offline print-on-demand networks, focusing on international markets where digital self-publishing is rapidly expanding, and establish product culture by implementing lean, high-velocity product processes as the first dedicated PM.
- • You will work remotely as a US-based leader, bridging collaborations with the core studio team, engineering pods, and ecosystem partners, while learning to scale an AI-first creative platform from zero to global impact under the mentorship of serial entrepreneur Mukesh Bansal.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8 to 15 years of product management experience with a stellar track record in Consumer Tech or creator-focused platforms
- • Proven 0-to-1 startup experience: joining an early-stage startup or incubation team, building a product from scratch, and scaling it to meaningful market adoption
- • Deep, practical experience building with LLMs and Generative AI, including handling nuances of long-form content generation and workflow tools
- • High agency and autonomy: self-starter who thrives in extreme ambiguity and operates with high accountability in a remote, foundational role
- • Design and UX obsession: fanatic focus on clean, motivating user experiences that reduce friction for authors in long-form creative processes
- • Publishing/Creator Passion (Bonus): Prior experience in digital media, publishing, creator economy tools, or productivity platforms (e.g., Notion, Figma)
