- • As a Founding Product Operations hire at Junction Oy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and clarity of the company’s diagnostic healthcare platform by investigating complex cross-functional issues that impact patient care and system performance.
- • Day to day, you will coordinate alpha testing, gather usability insights, communicate release changes to customers and support teams, investigate escalations from Support involving product behavior, lab systems, and vendor integrations, and work with engineering and external partners to resolve root causes.
- • You will operate within a mission-driven, fast-scaling startup backed by top-tier investors including Creandum, Point Nine, 20VC, and YC, focused on building infrastructure that makes health data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare diagnostics systems, build repeatable processes from chaotic production issues, and create documentation and playbooks that prevent recurring problems — directly contributing to a more reliable, patient-centered product.
🎯 Requirements
- • Startup ops experience in Product Ops, Biz Ops, TPM, or a similar role at an early-stage company where ambiguity is high and processes evolve rapidly.
- • Proven ability to take ownership of cross-team issues spanning support, engineering, vendors, and customers, following them to root cause resolution.
- • Technical curiosity and comfort working with APIs, logs, and data to understand system behavior without needing to write production code.
- • Experience working effectively with external vendors, partners, and customers to resolve integration and operational challenges.
