• • As the Founding Recruiter at Perfect Venue, you will play a pivotal role in building the future of our team by taking ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting world-class talent to shaping hiring strategy and company culture in a fast-paced startup environment.
• • You will attract and recruit talent across all functions using outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative strategies; develop and refine the candidate experience; build and promote the employer brand; partner with hiring managers to scope roles and guide hiring processes; advise on hiring priorities; improve hiring operations including interview processes and analytics; contribute to company culture; and support HR functions such as onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
• • Perfect Venue is leveling the playing field for local restaurants and venues by offering an affordable, user-friendly event management tool to help them compete with large chains, with plans to expand into a broader marketplace for event services like DJs and florists.
• • You will have the opportunity to define and scale recruiting processes from the ground up, champion employer brand, influence people operations, collaborate directly with leadership including the CEO, and make a lasting impact on team growth and company culture in a hybrid role based in San Francisco.
