📋 Description

• • As the Founding Recruiter at Flagright Inc., you will establish the hiring foundations for a fast-growing AI-driven financial crime compliance platform used by Fortune 500 companies, banks, and fintechs globally. This role is critical to scaling world-class talent across functions and building a high-performance recruitment function from the ground up.
• • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts including sourcing, engaging, assessing, and hiring top-tier candidates across GTM, technical, and leadership roles; coach and mentor the recruitment team; partner with leadership to define hiring strategies; maintain talent pipelines; track and optimize recruitment metrics; and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across multiple jurisdictions.
