- • As the Founding Revenue Manager for Adapt, you will be a key public face and strategic leader for AirDNA's new dynamic pricing and revenue management product, helping shape its market presence and customer experience from launch.
- • Day to day, you will engage externally through demos, webinars, podcasts, and LinkedIn to promote Adapt; lead customer onboarding, success, and retention efforts; and collaborate with product and data science teams to translate customer insights into product improvements.
- • AirDNA is a global leader in travel and short-term rental data intelligence, serving hundreds of thousands of properties and major financial and real estate clients with a mission-driven, values-based culture centered on being Happy, Hungry, and Honest.
- • In this role, you will build and coach a founding customer success team, define the Adapt customer experience playbook, and directly influence product strategy as the structured voice of the customer during a critical growth phase.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or customer success within SaaS or travel technology
- • Proven ability to deliver public-facing presentations, webinars, or thought leadership content
- • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with product, data science, and marketing teams
- • Hands-on experience leading customer onboarding, training, and retention initiatives
- • Comfort operating as a player-coach in an early-stage product environment
