Founding Sales Enablement

📋 Description

• • As the first Sales Enablement hire at Prelude, you will build the function from scratch, designing and scaling the GTM enablement strategy to empower the sales team with the tools, training, and resources needed to sell with confidence and drive international growth.
• • Day to day, you will craft onboarding strategies for new sales hires (BDRs, AEs, Partnerships), run workshops and roleplays to strengthen core sales skills (discovery, qualification, storytelling, objection handling), and train on methodologies like MEDDIC, BANT, and Challenger.
• • You will partner with Sales Ops to track KPIs such as time to first opportunity and win rate, update onboarding materials and sales collateral as product and messaging evolve, organize resources like pitch decks and battlecards, and leverage tools like HubSpot and Notion to enhance productivity through AI and automation.
• • Prelude is a fast-growing, Paris-based team of 60 redefining user authentication and onboarding by turning a traditional cost center into a growth lever, backed by former Zenly founders and serving high-growth companies across Europe and expanding into the US.
• • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of a critical GTM function, develop expertise in sales enablement strategy and execution, and directly impact the company’s ability to scale its market-defining trust platform through high-impact training, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
