- • As the Founding Sales Leader at SpecSync, you will be one of the first commercial hires tasked with launching the company’s go-to-market strategy from the ground up, working directly with the CEO to land early enterprise customers in the industrial manufacturing sector and define how the AI-powered CPQ platform is sold, positioned, and scaled.
- • Your day-to-day will involve owning the full sales cycle for early enterprise customers — from sourcing your own opportunities through outbound efforts and leveraging existing industry relationships, to leading complex multi-stakeholder deals across sales, operations, and engineering teams, negotiating strategic agreements, and driving successful onboarding and adoption alongside product and engineering.
- • You’ll join a venture-backed startup incubated by UP.Labs, which partners with industrial leaders like Wabash, JB Hunt, Alaska Airlines, and Porsche to build technology companies that solve real-world problems in mobility and logistics; SpecSync specifically targets the broken quoting process in industrial OEMs by using AI to generate accurate quotes in minutes, reduce errors, and unlock repeatable revenue from configuration-heavy sales.
- • In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the company’s trajectory by defining the ideal customer profile, refining messaging and pricing, building the first sales playbook, and acting as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap — all while earning uncapped commission and meaningful equity in a high-potential venture.
