- • Qualify and close client leads through discovery calls with dental offices to drive new client acquisition.
- • Identify and directly call dentists' offices to generate and convert new business opportunities.
- • Serve as a key contributor to shaping the direction and strategy of Dandy’s growing sales team.
- • Track all sales activities and pipeline progress using Salesforce with a focus on exceeding established revenue targets.
- • Become a subject matter expert on the dental industry and deeply understand Dandy’s value proposition for dental practices.
- • Collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to align on and achieve high-level KPIs and organizational revenue goals.
- • Work in tandem with cross-functional teams including enablement, marketing, and SDR/BDR to ensure seamless lead handoff and customer acquisition.
- • Operate in a high-growth startup environment with limited resources, requiring rapid adaptation and self-driven execution.
- • Embrace continuous learning through rigorous sales training programs and apply new concepts to improve performance.
- • Maintain a relentless focus on professional and academic success, demonstrating consistent achievement in prior roles.
- • Contribute to building scalable sales infrastructure that supports Dandy’s global expansion and long-term growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of sales experience with 1+ years in a full sales cycle closing role
- • High-growth startup environment experience preferred
- • Highly skilled in Salesforce or related CRM systems
