  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and owning the financial data, rigorous analysis, and forward-looking forecasts that underpin Nooks’ strategic direction and operational execution. You will have the unique chance to actively participate in high-level company initiatives and deliver incisive financial analyses that illuminate both immediate decision-making and long-range strategic planning.
  • • Reporting directly to the VP Finance, you will be the driving force behind our Annual Plan, rolling forecasts, in-depth Unit Economics analysis, and the comprehensive tracking of Company KPIs. As Nooks continues its rapid ascent, this position offers extensive opportunities for both vertical career progression and horizontal exposure into critical business areas such as procurement, pricing and packaging strategies, sales commission structures, and other vital strategic projects.
  • • This is a high-visibility role demanding close collaboration with department leaders across the entire organization. You will provide essential support for budget ownership, refine sales and revenue forecasting accuracy, and champion the understanding and improvement of underlying business KPIs.
  • • Key responsibilities include the development and meticulous maintenance of sophisticated financial models and analytical frameworks. These tools will be crucial for robust KPI management, detailed Unit Economics analysis, informed strategic decision-making, optimized resource allocation, effective headcount capacity planning, and the articulation of our long-term financial outlook.
  • • You will have the exciting opportunity to spearhead the internal automation of FP&A processes and reporting. By leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies and other available resources, you will streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and elevate the efficiency of our financial operations.
  • • A core function will be the creation of clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations. Your ability to translate complex financial data into easily digestible and actionable insights will be paramount for informing Company Leadership.
  • • You will forge a strong partnership with the accounting team, conducting thorough variance analysis, identifying overruns, and pinpointing new areas for strategic focus. Your timely and accurate insights will be critical for leadership’s oversight and decision-making.
  • • You will lead the charge in driving the annual and long-term operating plans, encompassing ARR projections, cash flow management, comprehensive scenario planning, rigorous target setting, and the ongoing maintenance of financial models that accurately reflect all product streams and departmental activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-5+ years of progressive experience in SaaS FP&A or Corporate Finance, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial planning and analysis principles within a high-growth context.
  • • Exceptional proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong aptitude for data manipulation and financial modeling. Experience with SQL, PowerBI, Looker, or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools is a significant advantage.
  • • Demonstrated experience in applying AI tools or technologies within a Finance function, showcasing an innovative approach to financial analysis and process improvement.
  • • Possess strong analytical judgment and the ability to not only construct complex financial models but also to critically prioritize, analyze, and effectively report on findings.
  • • A+ presentation skills, with the proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with company leadership and closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives.
  • • As this is a remote role, a high degree of self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to operate independently and manage time effectively are essential.
