- • FP&A Analyst role at Clarity AI Inc. focused on monitoring business performance, delivering financial and operational insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the FP&A Lead in preparing monthly financial reports and performance analyses, analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, preparing management reports and variance analyses, meeting with chapter heads to review actual versus budget results, calculating commissions, monitoring KPIs across markets and business units, supporting cost analyses and profitability assessments, contributing to standardization and automation of financial reporting, and participating in cross-functional financial projects and new reporting tool implementations.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in financial planning and analysis within a high-growth sustainability tech environment, gain experience working with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting, strengthen financial modeling and data analysis skills using advanced Excel and tools like Power BI or Tableau, contribute to process automation and standardization efforts, and enhance business partnering abilities by translating financial insights into strategic recommendations while supporting data-driven planning and business growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Controlling, or similar analytical finance roles
- • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis capabilities
- • Solid financial acumen and understanding of financial statements, KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting, analysis, and data management
