• • As an FP&A Coach at Leland Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in empowering the next generation of finance professionals by sharing your expertise in financial planning and analysis with students and early-career candidates aiming to break into corporate finance roles at top organizations. Your guidance will directly impact their ability to succeed in competitive recruiting processes, helping them build confidence, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking—ultimately advancing Leland’s mission to democratize access to high-quality career coaching.
• • Day to day, you will conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions focused on FP&A skill development, including reviewing and refining resumes to highlight relevant financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience; conducting mock behavioral and technical interviews tailored to FP&A roles; providing actionable feedback on case studies and financial modeling exercises; guiding mentees through forecasting methodologies, variance analysis, and business partnering best practices; and helping them articulate their career narratives with clarity and impact.
• • You will also collaborate with Leland’s coaching team to refine curriculum resources, contribute insights on industry trends in corporate finance, and participate in occasional group workshops or webinars designed to scale impact across the mentee community. Your schedule is fully flexible—you set your own hours, session frequency, and rates—allowing you to balance this contract role with other professional or personal commitments while making a meaningful difference.
