- • Own end-to-end OneStream architecture and solution design for global finance operations, including complex financial modeling and enterprise-scale system implementation.
- • Design and manage enterprise data integrations between OneStream and Snowflake, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and Workday using REST APIs and web services to enable executive decision-making.
- • Optimize OneStream system performance through Business Rules refinement, Cube View tuning, and infrastructure monitoring to maintain sub-second response times for global users.
- • Design intuitive user experiences and streamlined workflows that empower finance stakeholders to efficiently utilize OneStream capabilities for reporting and analysis.
- • Establish and enforce coding standards, data governance policies, and security protocols to ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements.
- • Partner with senior finance leadership to translate strategic business requirements into scalable technical architectures that support long-term organizational growth.
- • Provide technical escalation support for critical system issues and architect robust disaster recovery protocols to safeguard enterprise financial data.
- • Mentor FP&A and technical teams on architectural best practices, code quality, and system scalability to build organizational expertise in OneStream.
- • Evaluate and implement emerging OneStream technologies—including BI/Relational Blend, Genesis, and Sensible AI—to transform financial reporting from static analysis to predictive insights.
- • Drive governance and automation improvements by optimizing Application Control Manager (ACM) processes within the OneStream platform.
- • Implement and customize MarketPlace solutions and develop extensibility frameworks to extend OneStream functionality beyond out-of-the-box capabilities.
- • Apply advanced SQL expertise for complex financial data modeling, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting across integrated systems.
- • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical senior finance executives and align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
- • Lead both internal teams and external vendors through complex OneStream implementations, including post-go-live optimization, support, and continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of deep OneStream XF experience including complex business rule development (VB.NET/C#), solution design, and production deployments.
- • OneStream SaaS financial modeling expertise including subscription revenue recognition, cohort analysis, and consumption-based forecasting methodologies.
- • Advanced integration capabilities with enterprise systems (Snowflake, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Workday) using REST APIs and web services.
- • Proven SQL expertise for complex financial data modeling, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.
- • Financial domain expertise in budgeting/forecasting processes, audit controls, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- • OneStream Certified Professional Architect certification strongly preferred.
