- • As an FP&A Finance Specialist supporting G&A Corporate Functions from Pure Storage’s Prague Finance Hub, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, forecasting rigor, and strategic insight generation for Finance, HR, and Legal P&L, directly enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- • Day to day, you will own close, planning, forecasting, and performance management; build and maintain financial models for P&L and OPEX; drive automation using SQL, Snowflake, and Python; lead expense management and budgeting cycles; and partner cross-functionally with Business Units, Accounting, Procurement, and Corporate Finance to ensure financial discipline and alignment.
- • You will join a high-performing, innovative finance team within Pure Storage’s global Finance organization, where collaboration, analytical excellence, and process improvement are valued, and where you’ll contribute to shaping financial strategy for corporate functions in a fast-growing tech leader.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and cross-functional business partnering; gain hands-on experience with advanced financial systems and data tools; develop leadership capabilities through managing remote analysts and influencing stakeholders; and grow your impact by enabling smarter investment and footprint decisions tied to company KPIs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- • Proven FP&A experience in business-facing finance roles supporting planning, investment decisions, or cost management
- • Experience with financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel; familiarity with data tools is a plus
- • Collaborative leadership: ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and develop strong cross-functional relationships
- • Location: Must be based in Prague office for in-office work in compliance with Everpure’s policies
