- • As an FP&A Manager at Deepgram, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the Go-To-Market organization, leading ARR and revenue forecasting while driving performance visibility across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is critical to improving predictability, efficiency, and capital allocation in a high-growth AI company scaling toward IPO readiness.
- • You will lead monthly and quarterly ARR and revenue forecasts, build and maintain driver-based models, partner with RevOps and Data teams to automate CRM data pipelines, translate leading indicators into forward-looking insights, and provide scenario modeling for pricing, capacity, and expansion strategies. You’ll also support quota setting, commission calculations, territory design, evaluate marketing funnel performance, and drive monthly business reviews.
- • You’ll join a pioneering Voice AI platform trusted by over 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations, including Twilio, Cloudflare, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram operates with an AI-first mindset, where experimentation, automation, and rapid adaptation are core to how teams innovate and deliver results.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in AI-augmented financial planning, scalable forecasting systems, and SaaS metrics while influencing senior leaders like the CRO and CMO. You’ll gain ownership over strategic finance workflows and help build the financial infrastructure powering Deepgram’s next phase of growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Direct experience implementing AI tooling and scalable FP&A systems to automate workflows and forecasting
- • Advanced financial modeling skills and the judgement to know when to build versus when to automate
- • Direct experience supporting sales and marketing
- • Fluency in SaaS and usage based metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback)
- • Executive communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and confidently
