  • • Are you a seasoned financial planning and analysis (FP&A) professional with a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making in a high-growth environment? Collectly Inc., a pioneering healthcare tech startup at the vanguard of AI-driven innovation, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented FP&A Manager Lead to join our ambitious team in San Francisco, California.
  • • At Collectly, we are revolutionizing the U.S. healthcare market by tackling the pervasive inefficiencies, administrative burdens, and suboptimal financial experiences that plague the industry. Our AI-powered solutions are specifically designed to transform revenue cycle management (RCM), automating complex workflows, streamlining intricate billing processes, and ultimately creating seamless financial journeys for millions of patients and healthcare providers.
  • • We are at the forefront of the AI revolution, applying cutting-edge artificial intelligence to accelerate cash flow for healthcare organizations, significantly reduce their administrative overhead, and elevate the patient experience during crucial non-clinical interactions. By simplifying the often-complex world of healthcare billing and enhancing the patient financial journey, Collectly empowers healthcare providers to concentrate on their core mission: delivering exceptional care.
  • • As our FP&A Manager Lead, you will play a pivotal role, acting as the crucial bridge between our rich financial data and our overarching business strategy. This is a hands-on position where you will assume full ownership of our comprehensive planning and reporting cadence, collaborating directly with senior leadership to shape the future of Collectly.
  • • Your primary focus will be on meticulously identifying the key drivers that fuel our expansion and relentlessly driving efficiency across all facets of the organization. You will be instrumental in developing sophisticated financial models, conducting in-depth variance analyses, and providing actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  • • This role demands a proactive individual who can not only manage the day-to-day FP&A operations but also contribute to the strategic vision of the company. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and market dynamics.
  • • Key responsibilities will include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, presenting findings and recommendations to executive leadership, and partnering with various departments to understand their financial needs and performance drivers.
  • • You will also be tasked with developing and refining key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance, identifying trends, and highlighting areas for potential improvement or investment.
  • • Furthermore, you will contribute to the strategic planning process by providing financial analysis and modeling support for new business initiatives, market expansions, and potential mergers or acquisitions.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • • This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing, mission-driven company that is at the cutting edge of technological innovation in the healthcare sector.
  • • You will be a key player in shaping the financial future of Collectly, contributing directly to our ability to scale, innovate, and ultimately improve healthcare outcomes.
  • • We are looking for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, dive deep into the data, and challenge the status quo to find better ways of doing things.
  • • Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions, resource allocation, and the overall financial health and trajectory of the company.
  • • This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and operational execution, providing a challenging yet rewarding career path for a dedicated FP&A professional.
  • • Join a collaborative and innovative team where your contributions will be highly valued and recognized.
  • • We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, supporting your growth within the company.
