FP&A Product Support

📋 Description

• • As a Product Support Specialist at Abacum Technologies, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them unlock the full potential of the FP&A platform while supporting their financial digital transformation. This role is critical in enabling finance teams to shift from number crunching to strategic decision-making through expert guidance and technical support.
• • Day to day, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers via email and live calls, providing high-quality support, delivering user training on best practices and new features, diagnosing complex technical and data-related issues within the FP&A software, analyzing financial models to identify root causes, managing and prioritizing support tickets, and collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to resolve bugs and drive product improvements.
