- • As an FP&A Systems Analyst at Upside Services, Inc., you will serve as the lead architect of the company’s web-based financial planning and analysis platform, Pigment, transforming finance into a data-driven function by eliminating manual processes and enabling strategic decision-making through automated, integrated financial models.
- • You will own the end-to-end design, maintenance, and optimization of the FP&A system, acting as the critical bridge between ERP, CRM (Salesforce), and forecasting tools to ensure a single source of truth for all financial and operational data, directly supporting executive-level strategic planning.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and maintaining multi-dimensional financial models in Pigment that reflect complex business drivers, building and automating ETL pipelines between NetSuite, Salesforce, and Pigment, collaborating with Data Engineering to embed machine learning-based revenue forecasts into rolling financial plans, creating self-service dashboards and automated variance reporting to replace manual spreadsheet shadow systems, and proactively identifying and resolving data integrity issues while optimizing Chart of Accounts mapping for granular unit economics reporting.
- • You will partner closely with finance, data engineering, and department leaders to eliminate manual reconciliation, enabling the finance team to focus 100% on strategy and analysis, while championing a culture of measurable, data-backed decision-making across the organization.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern FP&A platforms (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Vena), advanced SQL, cloud ERP integrations (NetSuite), and predictive financial modeling, positioning yourself as a strategic finance technologist capable of driving enterprise-wide financial transformation in high-growth tech environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- • At least 1+ years of hands-on experience managing a web-based FP&A platform such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or Vena
- • Advanced SQL proficiency with demonstrated ability to query large datasets and understand complex data structures
- • Deep experience with modern cloud ERPs, with NetSuite preferred, and understanding of their integration with downstream reporting and analytics tools
- • Strong systems thinking and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical data concepts to finance leaders and translate financial unit economics for engineering and cross-functional teams
