  • • This engagement is structured as a fractional, project-based role, initially spanning from Q2 to Q4 of 2026.   • • Key responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive development and execution of the overarching marketing and brand strategy. This includes strategically positioning the platform as the premier destination for emerging brands seeking a physical retail presence. You will be tasked with building a marketing framework that is not only scalable but also adaptable to rapid expansion into new cities and diverse international markets.
  • • A significant focus will be placed on developing sophisticated B2B acquisition channels, specifically designed to attract direct-to-consumer brands and key strategic partners. Simultaneously, you will lead the charge in defining and executing the content strategy across a multi-channel landscape, including social media, editorial platforms, and integrated retail channels, all while cultivating and maintaining a distinctive and memorable brand voice.
  • • Driving audience growth and fostering deep engagement will be paramount, with an emphasis on achieving substantial community expansion across all relevant digital platforms. You will also provide critical marketing support for flagship retail launches, dynamic retail activations, and impactful brand collaborations, ensuring these initiatives are strategically aligned and effectively executed.
  • • Establishing and rigorously tracking key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) will be essential. This includes monitoring acquisition performance, audience engagement metrics, and overall brand growth. Your insights will inform strategic adjustments and ensure accountability.
  • • Close collaboration with the leadership team is vital to ensure that marketing initiatives are not only creative but also directly contribute to revenue growth and the successful acquisition of strategic partnerships.
