- • The Franchise Operations Analyst provides world-class support to franchisees and center managers, driving performance and profitability for Take 5 Oil Change locations through data-informed coaching, operational guidance, and brand compliance.
- • Day to day, the role involves conducting in-center visits and virtual coaching sessions, analyzing performance data to improve sales, car count, and customer experience, leading market meetings and focus groups, documenting activities in FranConnect, collaborating with support departments, ensuring franchisee compliance with brand standards, implementing marketing and sales initiatives, and traveling approximately 50% of the time to support franchisees across a geographic territory.
