• • As a Fraud Analyst at Kraken, you will play a critical role in protecting the organization from fraudulent activities in the crypto space by monitoring detection systems, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with risk and quality standards.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing alerts from automated tools, performing manual investigations, documenting case files, executing routine transaction queries, identifying and resolving issues using sound judgment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, meeting SLAs and QA benchmarks, and continuously improving processes through automation and efficiency initiatives.
