- ⢠You will be part of Lendableâs Fraud & Financial Crime team, a small, high-impact group within a rapidly scaling unicorn that values resourcefulness, ownership, and technical excellence. The team operates with autonomy and is trusted to make decisions that materially influence the companyâs direction and success, reflecting Lendableâs culture of empowering exceptional individuals to solve problems beyond the status quo.
- ⢠In this role, you will develop deep expertise in modern fraud prevention techniques within a cutting-edge fintech environment, gain experience leading teams in a high-growth, profitable company backed by top-tier investors, and have the opportunity to shape fraud and disputes strategy for products used by thousands of customers. You will also enhance your leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills while working alongside innovators who are rebuilding core financial products using AI, machine learning, and new data sources.
đŻ Requirements

- ⢠Experience implementing new fraud or disputes processes or operational improvements that enhanced efficiency, accuracy, or recovery rates.
- ⢠Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, essential for liaising with customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- ⢠Strong organisational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift rapidly.
- ⢠Hands-on approach with a commitment to staying close to process details and case outcomes while driving strategic improvements.
đď¸ Benefits
- ⢠Best-in-class compensation package including equity participation in one of the UKâs fastest-growing tech unicorns.
- ⢠Flexible hybrid working model: work from home every Monday and Friday, with in-office collaboration at the Shoreditch, London location TuesdayâThursday.
- ⢠Fully stocked kitchen available in-office TuesdayâThursday, providing breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks to support team wellbeing and connection.
