• • The Fraud & Dispute Ops Specialist role is critical to Imprint’s mission of delivering secure, brand-first financial products by protecting customers and partners from fraudulent activity while ensuring fair and timely resolution of disputes.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing flagged transactions and applications for signs of first- or third-party fraud, monitoring live transaction activity for suspicious patterns, managing end-to-end dispute resolution processes, communicating with cardholders, and driving improvements in fraud KPIs to reduce losses without compromising genuine customer experience.
• • The role sits within Imprint’s Risk Operations team, which supports the company’s innovative co-branded credit card platform by combining automated strategy rules with manual oversight to maintain high precision in risk decisioning across millions of transactions.
