- • Lead a team of fraud investigators in Deliveroo’s Trust Tech (Fraud Operations) team to ensure fair, timely, and high-quality resolutions across the three-sided marketplace, driving operational integrity and risk mitigation.
- • Drive team performance and operational governance by setting clear accountability, fostering continuous improvement, and coaching junior team members to build a high-performing, innovative unit.
- • Conduct deep-dive fraud analysis to identify emerging threats, translate findings into strategic detection and prevention initiatives, and inform resource allocation across global markets.
- • Oversee incident management processes, including proactive alert response and escalation support, to ensure rapid resolution of fraud issues and maintain marketplace trust.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, product) to accelerate automation in fraud decisioning, improving detection precision and internal process efficiency.
- • Operate in a hybrid work environment in Hyderabad, contributing to Deliveroo’s mission to transform how people shop and eat through impact, innovation, and growth.

- • Extensive experience in fraud operations, product, or strategy roles with a proven track record in leading teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
- • Strong ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesize complex business problems into clear insights, and present findings persuasively to stakeholders.
- • Excellent written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of conveying data-driven concepts clearly and compellingly.
- • Demonstrated impact-driven mindset: ability to get things done, influence cross-functional teams, and thrive in fast-paced, high-velocity environments.
- • Experience working in a global consumer business with geographically distributed teams, adapting to diverse markets and operational contexts.
