- • As a Sr. Director of Fraud Solutions Product Management at FICO, you will serve as a critical technical bridge between the EFS and Falcon fraud solutions and both external and internal stakeholders, translating complex customer technical requirements into actionable product capabilities with a focus on integration architecture, implementation strategies, and platform interfaces to drive customer success across the entire solution lifecycle.
- • You will develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including implementation guides, integration documentation, and best practices for EFS, while managing defect and platform requirements, overseeing EFS asset and environment management, enabling Professional Services teams through technical guidance and product handovers, and supporting sales opportunities by enabling RFPs, RFIs, POCs, and solution architecture requests with deep technical expertise.
- • You will partner closely with FICO’s Sales, Professional Services, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless product delivery, act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, and leverage your deep fraud solution expertise to influence product strategy, prioritize features, and optimize platform performance for retail bank fraud management and detection.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of enterprise software product management experience with strong expertise in retail bank fraud management strategy and/or fraud operations.
- • Deep knowledge of financial services fraud prevention and detection, including fraud risk policy, industry best practices, and fraud management technology frameworks.
- • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product and business issues while managing and implementing tactical product plans, including experience developing MRDs and PRDs, performing competitive analysis, and prioritizing features.
- • Proven background in developing, managing, and delivering software projects, with strong technical acumen to translate requirements between non-technical and technical audiences.
- • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences including executives, sales, engineering, and customers.
- • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
