• • The Freelance Recruitment Project Manager will support hiring delivery across diverse domains and workflows within Toloka AI’s Acquisition team, playing a critical role in scaling talent acquisition for a fast-growing AI data company powering leading GenAI models.
• • Day to day, the role involves managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines, conducting candidate interviews at scale, building efficient hiring processes from scratch, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, monitoring pipeline progress, identifying bottlenecks, and driving improvements in sourcing, job descriptions, and candidate experience.
• • Toloka AI is a well-funded, remote-first startup with a global team spanning the USA, UK, Netherlands, Israel, Czech Republic, Serbia, and more, creating high-quality data for frontier AI labs and enterprises including Anthropic, Amazon, Microsoft, and Shopify, backed by strategic investment from Bezos Expeditions and Nebius Group.
