- • Freelance Senior Product Designer role focused on owning the end-to-end design experience for Lottie’s Marketplace product, which helps families search, compare, and find care for loved ones — a high-stakes, emotionally complex journey where design builds trust.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping product briefs with the Product Manager, designing search, results, listings, comparison, and enquiry flows, contributing to the design system, and using AI tooling to prototype and iterate faster while maintaining craft and critical thinking.
- • Lottie is a London-based, remote-first startup founded in 2021 that is transforming the UK care sector through technology, with over 10 million users, 1,000+ care homes on its platform, and backing from top-tier investors like Accel and General Catalyst.
- • In this role, you will gain ownership of a meaningful product, sharpen your product thinking by collaborating early in problem definition, scale your impact through design system contributions, and grow your expertise in designing for emotionally complex, high-trust domains.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-6+ years of product design experience, ideally in marketplace, platform, or strong B2C products
- • Confident product thinker who shapes briefs, challenges assumptions, and collaborates with PMs and Engineers from problem inception
- • Portfolio demonstrating craft rigour, systemic thinking, visual language, and complex UX problem-solving
