• • The Freelance Talent Sourcer role at Toloka AI supports the company’s rapid growth by identifying and engaging qualified candidates across global talent pools, directly contributing to the hiring pipeline for roles that power leading GenAI models and innovations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms; conducting proactive outreach; screening profiles for basic fit; managing candidate data in Workable ATS; collaborating with hiring teams and Vacancy Managers; and occasionally reviewing CVs to support initial evaluation.
• • Toloka AI is a well-funded, remote-first startup creating high-quality data for GenAI model development, working with clients like Anthropic, Amazon, Microsoft, and Shopify, and backed by Bezos Expeditions and Nebius Group, with a globally distributed team across Europe, the US, UK, Israel, and beyond.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in technical and domain-specific talent sourcing, gain hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools (Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter), refine communication and pipeline management skills, and contribute to building diverse, expert-driven teams shaping the future of AI safety and efficacy.
